We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage (220V) or a standard 110V outlet. The EV outlet is on a 50amp breaker capable of charging 12-80 miles per hour. Note that we do not offer any charging cables at this time - ONLY the outlet for level 1 or level 2 charging in the garage.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Only 6 adults and 4 children allowed during a stay.

Travel light! Our guests enjoy a discount with a local baby rental company, making it easy to get what your little ones need.

☆☆ RENTAL AGREEMENT ☆☆
A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking that must be signed. Access to the home will not be granted without this. If you'd like to see a copy of this agreement prior to booking, please let me know.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 21395961.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 28 days away at time of booking.
